6 new distances 7km  (family) - 10 - 16 - 20 - 30 or 40 Km.

Start:

Mézières, "Grande Salle".
Saturday, 18 th June 2011, 7.00 am to 3 pm
Sunday, 19 th June 2011, 7.00 am to 1 pm

Arrival:

Mézières, "Grande Salle".
Saturday ; closure at 6 pm
Sunday - closure at 4.30 pm

Routes:

Marked out with fixed and flying monitoring stations.

Inscriptions:

Before June 14 th, 2011, Ccp 10 - 5332 - 5, near the Lausanne NCO Association or use our online form. The groups send a list of names of the participants. The postal coupon must be presented at the beginning.
Late inscriptions are accepted at the start, with a supplement of 3 CHF.

Finance:

Fr. 15.- CHF per participant with the medal (about 10 €) / 7.- CHF without the medal but one glass MRGG

Possibility of housing in a shelter of civil protection for CHF 20.- (about 13 € )  per person including the breakfast.

Medal:

Each walker having carried out one of the course and paid the finance of CHF 15.- (about 10 €) receives the medal memory. Bars with mention of the distances.

First aid:

Organized by means of the Organization Committee

Insurance:

All the walkers have got to be personally insured against the accidents. The organizer accepts no responsibility.

Food/drinks:

On the route and subsistence and grills on the arrival.
