Apr\u00e8s une rapide IAE en d\u00e9but de matin\u00e9e, il \u00e9tait temps de se rassembler pour la venue de Monsieur le conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Parmelin avant de participer au cort\u00e8ge et aux discours officiels.
